Galway Bay fm newsroom – A number of roads across the county are set to close over the weekend as the Corrib Oil Galway International Rally kicks off this evening. (5/2)
The rally will be launched at Eyre Square at 8pm, with the drivers set to offically cross the starting line at Galway Racecourse tomorrow at 2pm.
A number of roads will be closed as a result of this weekends international rally, including some local roads at Corbally, Muckanagh, Kilchreest, Kileenadeema, Caheratrim.
Motorists are also advised that service areas will be at Portumna Mart tomorrow, and on Gort Mart on Sunday – which may lead to excess traffic in both towns.
