Galway Bay fm newsroom – It could be April before home and landowners in south Galway get a reprieve from flooding.
That’s according to Director of Services with the County Council Liam Gavin.
He says flooding has receded in many parts of the county apart from south Galway and that Labane and Tierneevin are still badly affected.
Liam Gavin says it could be another few months before water levels go down.
