Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway County Council has granted permission for the change of use of a retail development in Claregalway into a restaurant.
Triona Dunleavy had applied for permission to open a restaurant with a take-away element in the place of a previously permitted four-unit retail development.
The development at Cois Chláir, Cahergowan will also involve associated signage and ancillary works.
The County Council has granted permission with six conditions attached – one stipulates that the hours of operation of the restaurant be agreed in advance with the local authority.
