Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway has the second highest number of tractors in the country.
That’s according to the latest Department of Transport report, which reveals that Galway has almost 6 thousand licenced tractors, second to Cork which has just over 10 thousand.
The report shows that Galway also has the third highest number of licenced private cars in the country at over 100 thousand.
The number of licenced vehicles in Ireland has incresed by 2 percent since 2014 to over 2.5 million.
