Galway Bay fm newsroom – 30 thousand euro has been allocated to Galway County Council for road safety works on the R336 in Connemara.
The funds will be used to improve sight lines at the junction of the R336 and the road to Minna Airport.
Galway West TD Sean Kyne says the works will make the junction safer for people using the airport to travel to and from the Aran Islands.
