Galway Bay fm newsroom – Glenamaddy Credit Union has scooped major awards under the International Credit Union Leadership Development and Education Foundation.
The foundation was established to assess and reward areas of excellence in the worldwide credit union movement.
Glenamaddy Credit Union serves over 4 thousand people in Glenamaddy, Glinsk and Williamstown, with offices in all three places.
It won the Filene Award for excellence in the use of media, the silver award for ‘Achieving Business Growth from Our Own Resources’ and the bronze award for its ‘Juvenile Depository Scheme’.
