Galway Bay fm newsroom – An application for more time to build an extension to a retail unit in Craughwell village has been refused by county planners
Jody Connolly had sought an extension of time to build an extension and fron porch to the existing premises at Doonard
The development would also have seen the entire ground flood be used as a supermarket and coffee shop
Planning permission had been granted in 2011, but expired earlier this year
In refusing the extension of time, planners stated the further information request was not complied with within its 4 week deadline
