Galway Bay fm newsroom – Plans have been submitted to the city council seeking approval for a new apartment block in Salthill.
Tipsy Taverns Ltd has applied for planning permission to demolish an existing apartment building No 12 Lower Salthill Road.
In its place, the company wants to build a new apartment block consisting of 7 residential units, a parking area and amenity space.
A decision is expected from the city council in July.
