Flowers have been laid at the foot of the French flag at City Hall where a book of condolence has opened following Friday’s terror attacks in Paris.
The book was opened this morning by Mayor of Galway, Frank Fahy and French Honorary Consul Catherine Gagneux.
Up to 200 people gathered at the Spanish Arch on Saturday for a vigil in solidarity with the French people.
Catherine Gagneux says the French community is reeling after the second terror strike on Paris in just over 10 months.
