Galway Bay fm newsroom – The Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit is seeking volunteers as searches get underway this weekend in a bid to locate two men missing from the city.
Kiltoom native Anthony Heneghan has been missing for four weeks since he was last seen entering the water at Wolfe Tone Bridge on March 10th.
21 year old soldier and Mayo native Ben Garrett was last seen leaving a nightclub at Eglinton Street in the early hours of March 31st.
The tides will be extremely low today (Sat) at search times and the search team says a large number of volunteers would be hugely beneficial.
The search team will gather at Calasanctius College in Oranmore this morning at 10.30 and at 11a.m on Sunday.
