Galway Bay fm newsroom – The man who died in Connemara yesterday when he was crushed by a car he was working on has been named locally as Patrick Folan.
Mr Folan, who was 45 years of age, was working on the jacked up vehicle when it collapsed on him at Letterard, Cashel around 2p.m.
Gardai and emergency services attended the scene of the accident and his body was taken to University Hospital Galway for a post morterm examination.
