The Brussels terror attacks resulted in the deaths of over 30 people and left over 200 injured.
A book of condolences will also be opened for the five victims of the Co Donegal pier tragedy in Buncrana at 11a.m
Mayor of Galway, Frank Fahy says it’s important that the people of Galway get to express their condolences.
