Galway Bay fm newsroom – Two eastern European men will appear in court today charged in connection with an alleged theft in the city.
The two men in their 30s were arrested late last Friday night and were taken to Mill Street garda station for questioning.
The alleged theft of cash from a public premises in the city took place last Friday night or in the early hours of Saturday morning.
At an initial court appearance last weekend, Galway Gardaí objected to bail for the two men as they did not provide any permanent address of residence in Ireland.
The two who remain in custody will appear before Galway Court today to make a bail application. (Wed)
