Galway Bay fm newsroom – Musician and mental health activist Bressie will address a mental health forum in the city next week.
The event is being hosted by NUI Galway, and will discuss the future of mental health in Ireland.
The forum will also feature input from Dr Paul D’Alton, clinical psychologist and former President of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
The event gets underway at NUI Galway on Wednesday week, the 23rd of March.
Speaking at an Oireachtas health committee meeting, Bressie says the young people of Ireland are under too much pressure, and something needs to be done.
