Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway farmers are being urged to apply to the government for replacement fodder and hardship funding following severe flooding across the county.
Galway East Fine Gael TD Ciaran Cannon says the government is providing assistance to farmers who’ve been cut off from their supplies, or who’ve lost fodder in the recent floods.
It’s part of a raft of measures announced yesterday following a special cabinet meeting.
