Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway’s Social Democrats have launched an online initiative which aims to serve as a virtual ‘Town Hall’ for the people of Galway.
The ‘Twitter Town Hall’ concept is aimed at allowing the people of Galway to discuss local issues and political policies.
The first online conversation will ask those returning to the west from abroad to share their stories of why they left Ireland.
The ‘Twitter Town Hall’ forums will take place on Twitter at 7pm every Wednesday.
