The heartless culprit stole the selection of toys from the boot of a car at Merlin Gate estate at Dublin Road.
Among the items stolen were wooden blocks and a teddy bear.
Sergeant Peadar Ryan is appealing to anyone with information to contact gardaí at 091 53 8000.
