Galway Bay fm newsroom – NUI Galway’s Ryan Institute has received funding from the Environmental Protection Agency to conduct research on Irish environmental policy.
The research project will identify how to achieve a more cohesive policy governance in relation to environmental challenges.
It will look at topics including energy, emissions, climate change, waste and transport.
The team will engage with local authority officials and other concerned agencies in a bid to conduct a comprehensive study of environmental policy.
