Progress for Dunmore partially complete residential development

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Permission has been granted to move forward with an unfinished residential development in Dunmore.
The plan is led by John Dunleavy and involves 13 houses.
The project involves making revisions to a partly complete clustered residential development, previously permitted in 2006.
It focuses on retaining and completing some houses as well as building others.
County planners have attached 13 conditions.
These include a stipulation that a public lighting scheme is to be operational prior to the occupation of dwelling houses.
