Galway Roscommon TD challenges Taoiseach over rural post office network

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A Galway Roscommon TD has challenged the Taoiseach over his lack of action on safeguarding rural post offices.
Fianna Fáil TD Eugene Murphy says elderly and disabled people are being discriminated against.
Speaking during Questions to the Taoiseach in the Dáil, Deputy Murphy said the post office service is in danger of collapsing and the Government is sitting on its hands.
Speaking in response, Taoiseach Enda Kenny said the growth of online services has led to changes in the way people conduct their business.
