Galway Bay fm newsroom – The High Court has given Apple the go-ahead to have another legal challenge against its Athenry data centre heard in the commercial court
Last month, a judicial review of An Bord Pleanala’s deicision was granted by the High Court to two local residents.
However, Apple was subsequently granted permission to have the case heard in the Commercial Court – which will speed up the process considerably.
A third application for a judicial review has geen granted to Brian McDonagh – who it’s understood lives in the east of the country.
Apple has today been granted permission to have this case heard before the commercial court.
