Storm repairs get underway at piers across Connemara

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Contractors have been appointed to carry out repair works at a number of piers across Connemara.
The works are being carried out following storm damage last winter.
Works are being undertaken on piers in Cashel, Toureen, Fahy and Anaghvaan.
The County Council says repairs will also be carried out in the coming months on piers in Cleggan and Bunowen.
