Galway Bay fm newsroom – A Galway fire crew has come to the rescue of a cat who got stranded on a city rooftop this afternoon.
The cat, known as ‘Blaze,’ found herself stuck on the roof of a house in Castlelawn Heights.
She’s been safely taken down from the roof, and is currently in the care of the GSPCA where she’s being checked over by a vet.
Blaze is a Persian cat with a microchip, but the chip is not registered to an owner.
The GSPCA says it’s working to reunite the cat with her rightful owner.
If you own Blaze or know who does – please call Deirdre on 087-2612367
